Refund Policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@silhouette-vases.co, and we will send you instructions on how to return your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not offer free returns, unless the item is deemed faulty or there is an issue with the items.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 2-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

On average we process our orders within 2 business days and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact us at info@silhouette-vases.co to see if a modification can be made.


DAMAGED ITEM

If you received a damaged item, please report to info@silhouette-vases.co with a photo that shows the damage of your product(s). Please include your order number in the email. A return of the damaged product is not needed.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after providing a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount – you are responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.
